You and your pet will be met by a friendly, caring member of our team.
You and your pet will be escorted to an exam room so we can gather vital medical information about your pet.
The Doctor will review this information and perform a thorough physical examination on your pet.
After your pet has been examined, the Doctor will sit with you to discuss your pet's condition and make treatment recommendations.
A member of the medical team will review with you the Doctor's Health Care Plan for your pet, including going over the finances.
Important Note:
Based on the severity of your pet's condition, the medical team may decide to take your pet immediately to the treatment area.
If other pets are in the clinic, all cases will be stabilized and prioritized based on the nature of the emergencies. The most critically-ill patients will be seen first. Please be supportive of other pet owners and their pets. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
