What is your standard fee to see the doctor?

A physical exam and consultation with a doctor is $95.

Do you treat exotic pets—guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, birds, reptiles, amphibians, etc.?

No - we do not treat exotic animals at this time.

I live out of your area and need some advice about my pet. Can you help me?

It is very difficult to assess the condition of an animal without actually seeing the patient. Animals instinctively hide how they are feeling and the best thing to do when you’re concerned about your pet is to have them evaluated by a trained, skilled professional such as the doctors we have at Crossroads Animal Emergency.

Can you perform surgery for my pet tonight?

Yes - in most cases, we can help right away.

I gave my pet some medication and now they’re acting funny. What should I do?

Call us right away!

Do you offer payment plans?

We offer a variety of payment options. We work with Scratchpay and Care Credit. You can apply online or you can bring your pet in right away and apply while you are here. Learn more.

Do you accept online donations to help a friend or another person with their vet bills?

We do accept donations/payments through PayPal. Be sure to note the pet owner’s and patient’s name when processing the payment.

Do you do non-emergency medical exams?

We provide the utmost in emergency care and do not provide routine wellness/annual exams. However, if your pet is experiencing any symptoms whatsoever, you should bring them in to be examined by our doctor.
